Theft From Paddocks & Suspicious Activity – Blidworth

Overnight (31st March–1st April), we have received reports of thefts from paddocks and individuals accessing private yards and acting suspiciously around New Lane Blidworth Notts.

We are currently reviewing CCTV and conducting targeted patrols in the affected areas.

Please remain vigilant and report anything suspicious immediately.

👉 What to look out for:

Unknown vehicles parked near paddocks, stables, or rural access points

Individuals trying gates, walking around private yards, or photographing animals/equipment

Fresh tyre tracks or signs of attempted access

👉 Please consider:

Securing tack, tools, and equipment

Checking CCTV, lighting, and gate locks

Recording serial numbers and marking valuable items

If you have any information, CCTV, or have seen suspicious behaviour, please report it to 101 or via the Nottinghamshire Police online reporting portal.
